I bought it at best buy and I read somewhere that if your computer is elligible for a windows 7 upgrade and you bought it at bestbuy they will either do the upgrade or clean installl of windows 7 for a price of 40$. My first question is, is this true. And if so shouldn’t I do that so I can still get my copy of windows 7 in the mail and give it to my brother.
